Because it is our goal at Silver Bluff Animal Hospital to
ensure the best possible outcome for each of our patients,
we strongly recommend:
1. Pre-Anesthetic Blood Screening
ℜ Panel 1 ($45)...Healthy Pets under 7 years
of age
ℜ Panel 2 ($89)...Pets over 7 years or of questionable health status
*Current
blood screens required for all
pets 10 years of age and older.
2. Intra-Operative Fluid Therapy
ℜ $30...Fluid therapy allows for a faster removal of anesthetic drugs providing
the best possible results during surgery and recovery.
3. OraVet (Dental Only)
ℜ $35...Initial Sealant and Take Home Kit
* If applied weekly, this sealant will help reduce the amount of tarter build up and the frequency of dental procedures needed.

time and request that you proceed with anesthesia. I assume full financial responsibility
for this animal. I understand there is always a potential risk for any anesthetic
