Please note that you pet must be up to date on all their
vaccines to stay in our boarding facility. DHLPP, FVRCP, and
Rabies must have been given in the past year, and Kennel
Cough (Bordatella) must have been given with the past six
months. If your pet is not up to date, the vaccines will
be given by a technician at Silver Bluff Animal Hospital
the day your pet(s) enter the boarding facility. If your
pet(s) received these vaccines at another facility, you must
present us with records. To control any parasite problems, your pet must be free of
fleas and ticks. If they are found on your pet, they will
be treated with the appropriate parasite repellant. All charges
for vaccines and parasite control will be charged to the
owner of the pet(s). ALL CHARGES FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT, BATHS,
AND BOARDING ARE DUE IN FULL WHEN THE PETS ARE PICKED UP. SBAH is not responsible for lost items left with your pet. If I do not pick up my pet(s) within 5 days of the pick up date above and have not made prior arrangements with the staff, my pet(s) will become property of SBAH.
